The non-woven face mask is a kind of sticky face mask, which utilizes non-woven fabric as the carrier of the essence. The vast majority of the early sticky face masks used this as the carrier. It reduces the evaporation and loss of nourishing nutrients and makes the essence easier to absorb. Non-woven fabric is a kind of fabric, that has a kind of fiber product with delicate, air-permeable and flat structure shaped by various web framing methods and strong station technology directly using polymer chips, short fibers, or filaments.

2) Its raw material composition is rough: 63% polypropylene, 23% polyester, 8% viscose, 2% acrylic fiber, 15% polyamide, and other fibers. These materials are melted at high temperatures and spun, and then produced by hot-pressing and rolling in a continuous one-step method. Sensitive skin should pay special attention to use.
3) In addition, a large amount of petroleum resources will be consumed during the production of non-woven fabrics. From this point of view, non-woven fabric masks are not truly environmentally-friendly materials.
4) When applying the film, it looks like a white mask, with poor vision and inconvenience.

· Membrane
It is not made of yarns that are interwoven and knitted together one by one, but the fibers are directly bonded together through physical methods. Because it is a kind of fabric that does not need to be spun and weaving, it just oriented or randomly arrange the textile short fibers or filaments to form a web structure, and then use mechanical, thermal bonding or chemical methods to strengthen it. The name “non-woven fabric” also comes from this.
· Aluminum bag
In the masks we usually use, there will be medicines, which require good airtightness and good moisture retention, and the aluminum foil bag has just good airtightness and will not cause air leakage. At the same time, the mask is also required to be protected from light and stored in a cool place, otherwise the ingredients in the mask will evaporate. The aluminum foil bag has a light-proof effect, so the mask bag likes to use aluminum foil packaging bags. Generally, the shelf life of the mask is very long. Using aluminum foil bags can extend the shelf life of the mask. In addition, the requirements for bag properties are not particularly large. Generally, three-sided sealing, heterosexual bags, and nozzle bags are the main ones. Aluminum foil bags can fully meet the requirements.

· Workshop management
Facial mask processing factories must pass the US and EU GMP certifications before they can be manufactured. All GMP standard factories have a laminar natural environment. The laminar flow is divided into one million, one hundred thousand and ten thousand. The main parameters of this level refers to the number of objects (dust, germ spores, etc.) in 1 cubic indoor space in this kind of natural environment. The smaller the proportional number, the cleaner the natural environment. This kind of standardized production and manufacturing industrial plants must undergo relevant laws. The production of facial mask can only be carried out with the approval of the regulatory unit. In addition, GMP regulations often have strict regulations on various fields such as manufacturing, storage, and transportation.
· Management of production personnel
The mask production staff must have high business skills, have a good understanding of the process rules and operations, and must apply for health certificates. The production staff of the mask processing factory must change into professional clean clothes when entering the production workshop. According to the specified index value, it must carry out disinfection and sterilization before they can carry out the actual manufacturing operation.
Quality control of non-woven mask
· Micro inspection
There are two main types of microbiological testing methods for skincare products: qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative testing determines whether there are live microorganisms in the sample, such as sterility inspection and control bacteria inspection. A quantitative test determines the number of microorganisms present in a sample, such as a microorganism count test.
· Formulation stability test
High temperature and low-temperature storage stability tests are to keep the product performance stable during storage and use, without physical and chemical changes, no oil seepage, water separation, coarse particles, demulsification, etc. This test is the first consideration when designing cosmetic formulations.
The environmental conditions of the test should simulate the actual environmental conditions of the product as much as possible and should be even more stringent than the possible actual conditions. For example, in the development of new skincare products for severe cold areas and conducting low temperature and cold resistance tests at -15°C/24 hours according to relevant standards, more stringent, cold resistance tests must be carried out based on the actual conditions of the product use area. The results determine the stability of the raw materials and the rationality of the formula.
Observation items have appearance changes (color difference, discoloration, uneven stripe color, mixed foreign matter, scars, floating matter, separation, precipitation, sweating, white powder, floating, pitting, looseness, cracking, gelation, transparency, Agglomeration, luster, collapse, cracks, pores, air bubbles, fungus growth, etc.). 
· Preservative testing
Among cosmetic testing items, cosmetic preservative testing is one of the most common testing items. Some preservatives are licensed and can be used in the production of cosmetics. Those cosmetics with their brand of “zero preservatives” are mostly exaggerated publicity. In particular, products advertised as “natural formulas” actually require effective anti-corrosion measures. The cosmetics ingredients are mainly composed of various animal and plant extracts, oils, water quality, and functional additives. The proteins and vitamins are easily affected by bacteria or microorganisms. It is inevitable for them to contact air, hands, skin, and other surfaces during use. Over time, spoilage, mold, and bacteria are normal.
Preservatives mainly test: methyl isothiazolinones, zinc pyrithione, biguanide, histidine, phenylmercury borate, formic acid, formaldehyde, free formaldehyde, etc.
· Incoming inspection
Incoming inspection refers to the quality confirmation and inspection of the purchased raw materials, parts, or products, that is, the quality of the raw materials or parts is inspected by sampling when the supplier sends the raw materials or parts, and the final judgment is made whether the batch of products is accepted or rejected.
Main inspection items: oily raw materials, surfactants, polymer compounds, humectants, preservatives, powdery raw materials, colorants, flavors.
· Finished product inspection
For finished product inspection, our professional QC personnel first checks whether the product leaks. QC personnel has to check the approval document and barcode after confirming that there is no problem. Finally, QC personnel has to check whether the outer packaging is damaged.
