Customer Needs:
In November 2021, the customer found our factory through Google. It takes 2,000 bottles to customize a face oil. The product formula must meet the climatic conditions of the Russian region. The formula’s texture must be thick and easy to absorb, and Arielcosmetic must provide the packaging solution. The customer also asked for delivery within 15 days.
Solution:
It took us 3 days to design the product for the customer and choose the product packaging. The customer received a sample of the serum 5 days later, tried the product several times, and was satisfied with the texture and taste, so he confirmed that he would place a bulk order. It only took us 10 days to produce the entire bulk order, which is also because Arielcosmetic has the advantage of a flexible supply chain.
After the customer received the bulk, selling out took about a month. 3,000 bottles of facial oils and 2,000 bottles of serum were added later for a new project.
